  the medical care was excellent. that billing department is not .
  the websites states. Welcome to your online payment portal.
  An easy and secure way to pay for your care. Actually it is not and their customer service is unfortunately not set up well. it seems to me the representatives are not equipped with the tools they need to service. Since Jan I am dealing with an unresolved issue of a credit card payment.
