  I highly recommend hiring Mr. Nachbar. He is more than an extremely knowledgeable attorney with experience in his particular field. He has character and heart. There are plenty of cold, high-powered attorneys out there, but rarely do you find one with decades of experience in a particular field, who has been able to maintain as deep a sensitivity to the needs of his clients, as he has. With this attorney, I promise you, you will get the full package. He is highly knowledgeable and has an excellent courtroom presence; he has been responsive and accessible to me from day one, he is truly caring, warm and comforting, and he did his best to work out a fee arrangement that suited me, taking into consideration my particularly difficult financial situation. Unfortunately and not of my own choosing, I have had to deal with my share of attorneys of the course of the past few years. Just when I had become completely disillusioned with the profession, I discovered that there are still a few diamonds in the rough - Mr. Nachbar is indeed one of them.

  I have discovered that the attorney you choose to represent your interests in legal matters does make a difference. It is well known that Stuart M. Nachbar, Esq. is very highly regarded by his peers for his outstanding success record as a Personal Injury Attorney and as a Child With Special Needs Advocate in dealing with school boards. However, he is as equally well regarded for his knowledge of Bankruptcy Law. When we had financial issues with the IRS and creditors, a family friend, who is an attorney recommended that we contact Stuart. That was the best advice anyone has ever given us. We thought our world had come to an end, but Stuart really understood our crisis and what we were going through. Thanks to Stuart, we got a loan modification and some breathing room to get back in the game.On a personal note, we found Stuart to be not only knowledgeable but compassionate and understanding, as well. Whatever legal problems you may have, we unhesitatingly recommend that you contact Stuart. It is really refreshing to receive such competent legal services from such an intelligent professional, as is Stuart, at such fair and reasonable fees.
