  3 stars for the showing process: very smooth and responsive, and always got to we got to see what we wanted. Seriously disappointed when it came time to finish the deal, which is really what matters most! Our real estate agent completely missed our final walk through and close, after we were told he would be there. Made almost 9k on commission and we got a "thanks" text. I'm not sure that's the last impression you want to leave with a client about real estate "business professionals", but it certainly left a poor impression with us as customers, after what was already a nightmare process with our mortgage company.
