  I have been a customer at this salon location for about 15 years, my husband about 12 of those years; to clarify the salon was purchased by the current owner in 2012. I went for color every 3 weeks and my husband for his haircut every 4 weeks like clockwork. The reason for this review, my 1st on-line, is not because I/we were displeased with the services we received, it is for 2 words my daughter "did not" receive. My daughter had her make-up done for prom by one of the make-up artists at Beige & Blanc, Samantha. While at her senior prom she broke out on her face, in what the doctor called "contact dermatitis". Described by the physician as similar to poison ivy when the make-up artist doesn't clean their brushes or pallet trays adequately it is spread from one client to another. My daughter went to see the owner of Beige & Blanc, Joey Poto, who told her that he had to speak with Samantha, the make-up artist, and get her side of the story and would call my daughter back. It is now 4 months later and my daughter still has not received a phone call from Joey to simply say, "I'm sorry". That's all she/we wanted and it could not be found in his customer service how-to guide. To be fair, my money was refunded/credited towards my service. I never, in a million years, would think that Joey would act in such an unprofessional manner. I was so angry at the situation that I actually sent my portion of the physician's bill $46 to him, twice! Go figure, he didn’t respond to that either. Don’t let that smile fool you, it’s a grin knowing he's taking your money.
  
  I went back and forth on writing a review, I didn't want to hurt the talented stylists who have worked at that location longer than Joe Poto has owned the salon.
