  This place is a hidden gem.
  
  I have done CrossFit in the area, but Joe's gym is way better than anything I've experienced...not to mention it's WAY cheaper!
  
  First of all, the facility is incredible- it's large and spacious, and most of all clean. The space is super accessible, and there is a parking lot, which makes it easy to get to and from.
  
  The strength and conditioning classes with Joe are an hour long, and while you are in a small-group setting, it really feels like you are getting a private lesson. Joe is incredibly attentive and encouraging, and creates an environment that gets rid of any sort of intimidation you might experience when you first hear "strength and conditioning" or "barbells".
  
  Speaking of intimidating- Joe is a big, muscly dude with a bald head and a 16-pack of abs. He looks like a body builder, which can be intimidating in and of itself- but he is seriously the biggest sweatheart of a teddy bear i've ever met. I seriously can't say enough positive accolades about Joe.
  Moreover, he's effective. Some of his athletes (myself included) have created the #BodybyJoe club, because the transformation we've seen from his coaching and guidance is truly remarkable.
  
  Bottom line: CHECK OUT THIS PLACE. You will regret every day you wait.
