  Usually a good store but lately the prices is a little high.

  Understaffed and woefully unprofessional. I had to wait over an hour to just pick up a gift that was ordered online.
  When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed she was too busy to manage the issue.
  
  I placed my order to be picked up here in error. And will absolutely never make that mistake again.
